This page is provided for users of the MedEffect mobile application to request permanent deletion of their account and associated personal data. The app is published by Rockbound Solutions, LLC.
After you submit, we verify the email belongs to your account and permanently delete your account and the personal data associated with it within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once it is complete.
As a healthcare service, we may retain limited records (such as those required by law, including HIPAA recordkeeping and fraud-prevention logs) for the minimum period required by applicable regulations, after which they are deleted.
